Sharing Yoga with Children: A workshop for Adults

Saturday, July 20th 1-4:30, $30

In this workshop you will learn and explore safe, engaging, and rewarding ways to share the joy of yoga with children.

This workshop is for school teachers, day care providers, parents, grandparents, anyone who works with and cares for children who is curious about discovering some practical, fun, and accessible ways to share yoga either as a mode for centering and calming, or energizing.

Each participant will receive a resource folder including sequences, poses, breaths, and games to inspire and guide.

Each participant will have an opportunity to practice and receive feedback in a welcoming safe space.

Class size limited to 20. Pre-register by contacting Vicky

Private/Group Sessions: Vicky is available for private classes or group sessions. She has experience working with teachers offering yoga classes on-site at schools after the school day and at corporations for employees. Small group or private sessions are great for beginners or those curious about delving into a deeper practice. For more information please contact Vicky.

MotherLove: A Mini Mindful Mothering Retreat

Sunday, November 4th from 2-5pm

at Taspen's Healing Center and Shanti Studio

Cultivating Self Care as a Mother is an ongoing balance to say the least.

MotherLove is an afternoon mini retreat for mamas right here in Conifer, CO. If you are expecting, with toddlers or teens, an empty nest, or a grandmother: this space is for you. Created by imperfect mindful mama Vicky Moore, MotherLove includes a yoga and meditation class, reading, discussion, and connection through reflective art and journaling. And just like any good retreat, a decadent snack.

Aside from being a mama, Vicky is a seasoned yoga and meditation teacher. She brings a playful realness to the mat and cushion and loves creating professional, open learning spaces.
